Join me to explore the wonderful practice of Aerial Yoga. Together, we will explore the depth of our bodies, with the support of a beautiful silk hammock. Find weightlessness that helps to decompress the spine, a newfound strength both physically and in your own self-belief and discover all the multiple benefits that this discipline has to offer. This introduction class will teach you the basic skills necessary for your aerial journey. The silk hammock will be used to support your body weight to access yoga poses and experience deep stretches in a more relaxed environment. Ultimately exploring strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation, with some inversion options if you are confident, all while you float on air. The perfect way to begin your experience and understand all the benefits that aerial has to offer. Classes are bookable through the StudioFlex website. It is advised to have some knowledge of yoga and good upper body strength in order to take part - though modifications and options will always be provided. This practice has a few medical contraindications, so always ensure to check you are safe to practice with your teacher and doctor (if necessary) before taking part. Cancelation Policy

To cancel and receive a full refund, please contact me within 24 hours of your class start time. To ensure that classes are able to go ahead, I check bookings the day before and make the decision to run a class based upon a minimum required number of bookings. Therefore, any cancellations made less than 24 hours before your class start time will unfortunately not be able to be refunded.
