Service Description

A gorgeous flow class to help stretch out and soothe your senses, getting ready for the end of the week and weekend ahead. We will move through both relaxing and dynamic yoga poses, activating the breath and learning to connect breath to movement. We will also practice breathwork and meditation practices, ending the flow with a delicious relaxation.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel and receive a full refund, please contact me within 24 hours of your class start time. To ensure that classes are able to go ahead, I check bookings the day before and make the decision to run a class based upon a minimum required number of bookings. Therefore, any cancellations made less than 24 hours before your class start time will unfortunately not be able to be refunded.
