Service Description

Take a moment out of your busy week to drop into your body, flow through dynamic movement that's deeply connected to the breath and re-align with your soul. These classes will be led by the energy of the week that's passed, igniting fire in the belly before ending in a deep, nourishing relaxation. Modifications and adaptations will be available, but some existing knowledge of yoga asana is encouraged. Not suitable for beginners. Cancellation Policy

To cancel and receive a full refund, please contact me within 24 hours of your class start time. To ensure that classes are able to go ahead, I check bookings the day before and make the decision to run a class based upon a minimum required number of bookings. Therefore, any cancellations made less than 24 hours before your class start time will unfortunately not be able to be refunded.
