Empowering, releasing and liberating... Teenage yoga is an excellent way to help deal with the overwhelming emotional and physical changes that happens during adolescence. Teenagers who practice yoga are less stressed and find it easier to tap into their potential. In this class I invite local teens to come and join me in exploring the wonderful practice of Aerial Yoga. Together, we will explore the depth of our bodies, with the support of a beautiful silk hammock. Find weightlessness that helps to decompress the spine, a newfound strength both physically and in our own self-belief and discover all the multiple benefits that this discipline has to offer. It is such a fun alternative to exercise, something I wish was on offer for me when I was at school (as a young person who hated PE!), and I think these sessions are going to be a lot of fun for us all. These classes are suitable for all, including Aerial beginners and are bookable through the MATSPACE website. It is advised to have some knowledge of yoga and good upper body strength in order to take part - though modifications and options will always be provided. This practice has a few medical contraindications, so always ensure to check you are safe to practice with your teacher and doctor (if necessary) before taking part. Cancelation Policy

To cancel and receive a full refund, please contact me within 24 hours of your class start time. To ensure that classes are able to go ahead, I check bookings the day before and make the decision to run a class based upon a minimum required number of bookings. Therefore, any cancellations made less than 24 hours before your class start time will unfortunately not be able to be refunded.
